This strip must remain free of any fence, fence wall, hedge, tree, sign, or other construction or arrangement (Article 6.4 of Zoning Bylaw #560).

The city of Valcourt offers a tax credit of up to $8,000 (Conditions apply, refer to the attached document).

There is a special tax on the lot for infrastructure. The total amount to be paid over 25 years is $61,908.11 plus interest*.

The BUYER must have read and accepted all the conditions mentioned in the SPECIAL CLAUSES of the sales agreement 28 114 926, as they must be included in the new deed of sale.

The BUYER must also adhere to all specific urban planning conditions mentioned in Appendix A and sign a copy.
